These Terms govern the use of the website kiosk.city and the purchase of products on it. The website is operated by Kiosk.city, 142 David Agmashenebeli Ave, Kutaisi 4600, Georgia, email info@kiosk.city ("we", "us").
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of kiosk.city, our online stores, and any digital products, coloring books, activity books, printables, worksheets, downloads, illustrations, or other content made available by kiosk.city.
By placing an order you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase or use our products.
kiosk.city sells printable digital magazines for children (PDF files in A4 format) and personalised letters from fairy-tale characters. Pages contain QR codes that open short videos, comics and games on kiosk.city. Sample issues of many magazines can be downloaded free of charge. We do not sell physical goods.
After completing a purchase, you may receive access to your digital product through:

You are responsible for ensuring that:
- The email address provided during checkout is correct.
- Your device can open the provided file format.
- You have suitable software for viewing the product.
- You select the appropriate paper size where printing is required.
- You download and safely store your purchased files.
kiosk.city is not responsible for loss of access to downloaded files caused by device failure, accidental deletion, lost files, account problems, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Orders can only be placed by adults (18 years or older), for example parents, grandparents, guardians or teachers. Children may use the magazines and the QR content under the supervision of an adult.
On the page of a magazine or letter you choose the language and how often the issues should arrive by email. In the order form you enter your name, postal address and email address; for a personalised letter also the child's first name as it should appear in the letter. Please check your details: issues are sent only to the email address you enter. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email. With the first order we create an account for you and send your login details to the same email address.
Prices are shown in euros on the product page and in the order form before you confirm the order. The total equals the price per issue multiplied by the number of issues in the set and is paid once. There are no subscriptions with automatic renewal and no recurring charges. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not receive or store your card details.
All products are delivered by email as download links. The first issue is sent once your payment is confirmed, the following issues according to the schedule you chose. Details are in our Delivery Policy.
You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to download, print and use the files for your family or, for teachers, for your own class. Reselling, publishing, sharing the files or download links online, or using them for any other commercial purpose is not permitted. Downloaded files may contain a note with your email address that identifies your personal copy. All texts, illustrations and videos remain the property of kiosk.city.
Keep your password confidential. In your account you can see your orders and delivered issues and request a new download link. If you believe someone else has access to your account, change your password and contact us.
You can get your money back as described in our Refund Policy. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
We make every effort to keep the files and the website free of errors. Print quality depends on your printer and paper, and pictures on the website are for illustration. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned, except where such a limitation is not allowed by law.
We may update these Terms. The version published at the time of your order applies to that order.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence. If you have a complaint, please write to info@kiosk.city first.
